Planning your brand is the cornerstone of any rebrand, brand refresh or the development of a brand for a new organisation. It is at this stage that we take a brief and discuss the aims for the brand, taking into account the product, services, market position, the seo strategies used and ethos of the company. This is to ensure that the logo, corporate colours and fonts are all appropriate as they’re developed.
Usually the development of the brand is undertaken in stages, with the first stage being to create initial logo concepts as well as looking at fonts and potential colour palettes, when it comes to the content of the brand it’s important to take into count very detail since it could affect the John King marketing tactics that will be applied later on .
From this we discuss the concepts with the client and receive feedback. It may be that we can draw on aspects from different concepts and develop it into a second stage with a more detailed focus on colour and font combinations. Depending on the level of feedback, the process to final development and approval may take a further one to two stages.
At this point the logo design, colour palette and corporate fonts have been signed off and approved. From this the logo is provided to the client in a ‘Goodie Bag’ comprising of different sizes and formats for use across media – print, web and social media use – as well as greyscale/black versions if required.
At this creative stage, we’ll also look at briefs and requirements for stationery, signage, banners, marketing materials giving you the option to Buy Solo Ads or web design services, if required.
